Pick a region

Each region has its own site finder: compose an accessibility index on the national 15-minute walk grid, keep the high scores, and find land there that may be vacant or under-used, to check on site. Tallinn has the detailed version (Report 4’s scores, the city’s base map, planning register and zoning); the counties are built from national open data, with the index scored within each county, detail plans from the national planning index and contaminated land from the national register.
